Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system, phone, or in person.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled service if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Late cancellations may result in a 30% fee.
No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service price and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service, and the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled with applicable fees.
Payments
Payments are due at the time of service. We accept Zelle, cash, debit and credit cards method of payments.

Service Satisfaction
We strive to provide excellent service. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can address your concerns.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel it may compromise the health or safety of the client or stylist.
Photos & Marketing
With your permission, we may take photos of your hairstyle for our portfolio, website, or social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at your appointment.
